What is After5?

After5 is an on-demand mobile application that connects you with verified service providers. Whether it’s plumbing, electrical work, aircon servicing, locksmithing, or towing & roadside assistance, After5 makes it easy to book trusted professionals anytime—even beyond regular business hours.

We currently offer:

  • Air-conditioning repair, cleaning, and installation

No. After5 operates on a pay-per-transaction basis. You only pay for the services you book.

All providers undergo a strict vetting process, with valid IDs and permits, and are required to comply with our Body Camera Policy for transparency and safety.

With your consent and for your protection, service providers must wear a body camera during service. Recordings are encrypted, securely stored, and used only for safety, dispute resolution, and quality control.

All payments are processed securely within the app through approved methods such as debit/credit card, GCash, and Maya. No cash handling is required.

Yes. You can track your provider in real time through the After5 app and communicate with them via in-app chat.

We have a Complaint and Refund Policy in place. You may file a complaint and provide proof within the warranty period (7 days), and After5 will review and resolve the matter, which may include refunds or corrective service after deliberation.

Yes. We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Your personal information is collected only for booking and service purposes and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

Service Providers

How can I join After5 as a service provider?

You need to submit your application, and pass our vetting/evaluation.

No. There are no platform fees or onboarding fees. You only earn when you complete jobs.

You’ll receive job notifications through the app. You can accept or decline based on your availability.

Payouts are processed through the app and released on a scheduled basis. After5 withholds 10% of each payment for 30 days as warranty retention, which is released if no valid complaints are filed during the warranty period.

It ensures safety, accountability, and transparency for both you and the client. If the camera is lost or damaged due to negligence, the replacement cost will be deducted from your payout.

Yes, but you may not directly solicit or bypass After5 clients booked through the platform. All official transactions must go through After5 for safety and accountability.

Service providers who fail to meet After5’s quality and conduct standards may face suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
